Proceed to file electronically which is payable by credit card or eCheck. If the filing type is not available online or if you prefer to mail or deliver your filing, click “PDF” to print a copy, complete the form, attach payment and mail or deliver to the Business and Commercial Services office.

Temporary Officiant Registration

Important Information: This is the same system as registering a business. If you already have a registered business and you're using the same e-mail address for both your business account and to register as a Temporary Officiant, please enter your e-mail address to login.

New User: Click Register Here below to create a user account.

Established User: If you have already registered, enter your e-mail address to access your account (you can log in anytime and re-print authorizations if needed).

Once you've logged in, follow this navigation on the left side of the screen to register as a Temporary Officiant: Filings dropdown > Temporary Officiant.
