UCC User: Select “UCC User” if you predominately file UCC’s at a high volume and it constitutes the majority of your organization’s daily transactions with our office. Enter the name for your organization (e.g. CT Liens) and not your personal name as an employee of that organization. Please have all members of your organization use the same login. Do not create separate logins for each member of your organization.
Business User: Select Business User if you are an owner, director, officer of a single business and wish to file on behalf of that business. Enter the name for your business (e.g. River Valley Shoe Store) and not your personal name as an employee of that business. Please have all members of your organization use the same login. Do not create separate logins for each member of your organization.
Registered Agent User: Select “Registered Agent” user if you file or act on behalf of more than one businesses even if you are the owner of all of the businesses. Enter either the name of your firm (Smith & Smith, PLLC) or your personal name (John Smith). Please have all members of your organization use the same login. Do not create separate logins for each member of your organization.
Other User: Select “Other User” if you are neither the Owner, Officer, Director, of a business nor files UCC on a regular basis. i.e. an unrelated member of the public. Enter your personal name.
